Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Packaging Assembler for our client located in Palo Alto, California. This role is vital in supporting the packaging and labeling of medical device components within a regulated manufacturing environment. The focus is on ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality procedures. Please note, this position does not involve the building or assembling of catheters.
Responsibilities
- Package medical device components such as catheters and connection cables according to work instructions.
- Place components into packaging, seal pouches, and perform packaging activities within a hood or clean environment.
- Print, apply, and verify labels for accuracy and compliance.
- Complete Lot History Records (LHRs) and all required documentation following GDP standards.
- Perform documentation and record-keeping in FDE and other quality systems.
- Follow established procedures to ensure product quality, traceability, and compliance.
- Adhere to cleanroom and safety requirements as applicable.
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors or Quality as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Experience with documentation and record-keeping in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to be trained and learn packaging and quality procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Medical device packaging experience.
- Label printing and verification experience.
- Understanding of quality systems and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Day Shift)

Additional Details
The maximum pay is $30 per hour, and the minimum pay is $25 per hour. The position is 100% onsite, ensuring close collaboration with team members and adherence to quality standards.
